Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@worldsnewera.org and send your item to: 212/27/2476 Master Rajan Singh, Street No. 3, Prem Nagar, Lohara, Ludhiana, Punjab 141016.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 212/27/2476 Master Rajan Singh, Street No. 3, Prem Nagar, Lohara, Ludhiana, Punjab 141016.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping returns

  1. If you purchase a plan, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew and the Company will charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription and such cancellation is effective, which may not be until the next billing cycle.
  2. If your subscription is set for auto-renewal at the end of each billing cycle, the subscription may be cancelled by changing your account settings. For users paying through any third-party, applications, the subscription may be cancelled by modifying the relevant options in the respective third-party applications. Additionally, you may contact company customer care or address an email to hello@cosmofeed.com. Upon Company receiving an email or an intimation with a request for cancellation of subscription to any plan, Company shall duly deactivate the auto- renewal feature.
  3. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing cycle.
  4. If the subscription availed by you is a paid plan/subscription, you shall not be eligible for any refund upon cancellation or non-use.
  5. Even if you choose not to use your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing cycle. The non-use of the services post availing a subscription does not entail you to a refund for the whole or part of the un-used subscription.
  6. Please note that if you delete your account, you will lose access to paid time and services left in your subscription. During the deletion process, you explicitly agree to forfeit the remaining time and services in your current paid subscription and acknowledge that you won’t be refunded for the Service.
  7. Maintenance charges, if any, may also be levied as convenience fee and/or platform fee to you. There shall be no refund of any such fee/charges levied, once paid.
  8. We do not collect any fees / charges / monies from the End Users (as defined under the Terms and Conditions) except the fees / charges / monies payable by the End Users to you, which may be collected by us on your behalf. Accordingly, we do not provide any refund to the End Users for any such amounts payable by them to you.
  9. Modification: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. We may modify these terms or add any additional terms that apply to the service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. You should review the terms regularly. Your continued use of the services post an amendment shall be construed as a deemed acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
  10. These terms are to be read in line with the Terms and Conditions available here. All defined terms have the same meaning as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
